Southborough, MA (July 2018) – Jeff Heidelberg PE, LEED AP has joined Beals and Thomas, Inc. (B+T) as the Manager of Urban Development Services. He is responsible for managing resources, project teams and schedules to address the design and permitting acquisition of complex land use projects in Boston and the surrounding communities.

Heidelberg has nearly 20 years of experience working for himself as a project manager in real estate development and working for commercial real estate development companies on highly prominent mixed-use projects. He has managed the development of several million square feet of retail, office, hospitality and residential spaces. Most recently, he was responsible for the design, permitting and management of Arsenal Yards in Watertown, Massachusetts, a redevelopment of the Arsenal Mall to a stylized urban village.
Heidelberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Environmental Science from Rutgers University. He resides in Holliston with his wife and two sons.
